By using Waylost you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Service Description
Waylost is a lifestyle application offering weight management, nutrition tracking, workout logging, body measurement, and AI-powered coaching. It is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or treatment recommendation.
3. Health Disclaimer (IMPORTANT)
⚠️ Waylost does not provide medical advice.
- AI coach suggestions, calorie/macro calculations and plans are informational only.
- If you have any medical condition (diabetes, heart disease, kidney/liver issues, eating disorder, pregnancy, etc.), consult your physician before using the app.
- If you experience severe weight loss, weakness, dizziness or similar symptoms, stop using the app and contact a doctor immediately.
- Blood value analysis is informational and not a diagnosis.
- For emergencies call 112 (TR) or your local emergency number.
4. Account Responsibility
- You must be at least 13 years old.
- Provide accurate information (wrong weight/height → wrong targets).
- You are responsible for account security (strong password, do not share).
- Do not share accounts.
5. Acceptable Use
- Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Do not spam, harass, or submit fake data.
- Do not attempt prompt injection or jailbreak the AI coach.
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or bypass rate limits.
- Do not upload someone else's photos/data without consent.
Violations may result in immediate account suspension.
6. Pricing
Waylost is currently completely free. If premium features are introduced in the future, we will notify users in advance.
7. Intellectual Property
- All code, design, and branding of the app belong to Waylost.
- User content (your records, photos) belongs to you. We only use it to provide the service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waylost is not liable for:
- Any health issue, injury, or loss arising from use of the app or AI suggestions.
- Service interruptions, data loss, or third-party service failures.
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. All decisions you make are your own responsibility.
9. Termination
- You: You may delete your account at any time (Profile → Delete Account).
- Us: If you violate these Terms or the service is discontinued, we may terminate your account with 30 days' notice.
10. Changes
If these Terms change, we will notify you in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Istanbul.
