In-App Deletion (Recommended)
The fastest way to delete your Waylost account:
- Open Waylost
- Go to Profile tab
- Scroll to Delete Account
- Confirm with your password
Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed within 30 days, including database backups.
Request by Email
If you cannot access the app, send an email from the address registered on your account:
Include the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will verify your identity and delete the account within 14 business days.
What Gets Deleted
- Profile information (name, email, age, gender, height, weight, etc.)
- All body measurements and blood values
- All meal and workout logs
- Water intake records
- AI coach chat history and generated plans
- Favorite meals
- Authentication records
What Is Kept
Nothing personally identifiable. Anonymized aggregate statistics (e.g. total users count) may be retained but contain no link to you.
